Dumplings with cottage cheese

Ingredients of dumplings with cottage cheese:

400 g of wheat flour

50 g of sugar

150 ml of milk

1 h. l. salt

20 ml of vegetable oil

600 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 15% (it is possible more)

2 chicken eggs

1 h. l. vanilla sugar

Dumplings with cottage cheese – Recipe for cooking

To get started, we will make the dough for dumplings with cottage cheese:

Sift the mush in a bowl, add warm milk, sugar, butter and salt.

Now pour 150 ml of boiling water and mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

We got a liquid dough, now add the rest of the bunch and knead well.

Let the dough stand 30 minutes.

Now we will make a filling for dumplings with cottage cheese:

Bed in a blender dry cottage cheese, sugar, egg and salt.

Beat to homogeneous mass and add vanilla sugar.

The filling is ready, now we proceed to the final stage of cooking dumplings.

We take a rolling pin or another tool for rolling out the tool and roll out our dough into a layer of 1 mm thick.

From the resulting layer, we make mugs with a diameter of about 10 cm, for this you can use a glass.

We put the filling in the middle of each circle and pinch well the edges so that during cooking the filling does not fall out.

Boil and salt water.

We throw our dumplings there and cook until they come up.

Serve to the table with jam or sour cream.
