If your child’s birthday gets during a great Christian post, you should not despair, since there are many lean dishes that can decorate the children’s festive table.

Total cooking time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Little herring – 2 pcs.;
Buryak – 2 pcs.;
Carrot – 2 pcs.;
Potatoes (large) – 3 pcs.;
Onions – 1 pc.;
Lenten oil, ground black pepper, salt – to taste.
1.Peel the fish, separate the fillet from the ridge, eliminate the bones, and then cut into small cubes.
2. Wash the other products thoroughly, without cleaning the peel, place in pots with water and put on medium heat. Cook products for thirty to sorroll minutes until finished, then drain the liquid, cool and clean it from the peel.
3. Remove the husk from onion and chop finely, and rub the potatoes, carrots and beets through a large grater in separate plates.
4. Prepare the dishes for the salad and alternately spread the products in turn: 1, 3 layer – potatoes; 2, 4 – herring; 5 – onions; 6 – carrots with salt and 7 – beetroot with pepper.
