Shawarma at home. Tasty breakfast!

Many people know about shawarma, and not many cook it at home! For this dish, thin Armenian lavash is most suitable.

Ingredients

2 lavasha

300 gr. chicken fillet

3 pcs. potatoes

1 red bell pepper

150 gr. Korean carrots

200 gr. hard cheese

20 gr. soy sauce

Vegetable oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

For sauce

30 gr. Ketchup

20 gr. mayonnaise

3 branches of greens

3 cloves of garlic

Cooking

Cut the fillet at a slanting angle in large, pour soil sauce, leave for 15 minutes. Then we add not a lot of vegetable oil and fry in a pan until cooked, and then cut into small pieces.

We clean the potatoes and, cutting with cubes, fry in vegetable oil, with the addition of salt, until cooked.

Bulgarian pepper is cleaned of seeds and stalks and cut along 8-10 parts.

Lavash is cut in half. In the middle of the sheet we put fried potatoes, a pinch of Korean carrots, a couple of stripes of bell pepper, grated cheese, and water it with a spoon of sauce. Wrap the envelope so as to close the edges on the sides, and then dry in a dry pan.

Sauce. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, add finely chopped greens and garlic squeezed through the press.
