An unusual holiday recipe

Its ingredients are quite simple, their search will not take much time and will not hit the family budget. So, we will need 600 g for filling. Brynzes, 5 medium potatoes, a small piece of butter. For the test – half a kilo of height flour, a glass of kefir, 1 hour. l. sugar, half a glass of water, one egg, 1.5 tbsp. vegetable oil and 7 g. high -quality yeast.

Cooking will not take a lot of effort. It is enough to sift the flour and knead the dough out of half, adding yeast, sugar, kefir. After the mass is about an hour in a cold place, it is necessary to set the egg, vegetable oil, add water and divide everything into three equal parts. Boiled potatoes are mixed with crushed Brynza. The filling must be placed inside the cakes. Do not forget to pierce it in several places with a fork.

The Ossetian cake is baked in layers, at a temperature of 180 degrees 20 minutes. After the oven, the cakes are lubricated with vegetable oil and, still warm, served on the table.
