When you wait for guests, you think, first of all, about what to treat at the table. If the visit was agreed in a few days in advance, that is, time to break the army of salads and bake the piglet. Spontaneous meetings require quick solutions and recipes.

A nutritious, fast and outwardly even festive dish is pizza. Its preparation takes a minimum of time, and the result is always eaten by one-two-three. When a few hours remain before the arrival of the guests, a trip to the store may seem just a catastrophic eater of time. Can help out a store of products online. On average, pizza preparation takes about an hour: 15 minutes to prepare products and about 35 minutes for baking directly. By the way, if you buy a ready -made puff dough, then the pizza will be ready even faster.

For a Russian person in pizza, the main thing is the filling. This is where fantasies can be roasted: mushrooms, meat, sausages, vegetables, seafood. Consistent components are tomatoes and cheese. If you prepare the dough yourself, you can make thin yeast, non -exposure, dough on kefir or milk. Also, the dough can be liquid – it does not need to be rolled out, but simply pour it on a greased baking sheet.

That’s basically it. You can add olives for piquancy to the filling. You can also pour a ketchup on top, or even draw something or write. You can make funny pizzas with children by laying out funny faces from products for filling.

When the filling is ready, we just put it on the dough and send it to the oven, heated to 180`C. The baking time depends on the type and thickness of the dough and is 20-45 minutes.
