Wok vegetables with delicate cheese “Shavra”

Delicate “Shavra” from goat milk harmoniously complements the taste of vegetables cooked in voca. This dish is ideal for those who adhere to a healthy diet, and everyone who just likes to eat deliciously!

Ingredients for 2-3 portions:

2 sweet yellow pepper

2 medium -sized carrots

2 small tsukini

100 gr. Pit pea

100 gr. SOI sprouts

0.5 hours. l. ground pepper chili

Small handful of peeled sunflower seeds

150 gr. cheese “Shavra”

Preparation instructions

Delete seeds in 2 sweet yellow peppers. 2 carrots to clean and cut into strips, also cut sweet pepper, 100 g of patch peas, 2 small tsukini.

Pour a little olive oil into a wok warmed up over high heat and fry carrots, 2 minutes., Salt. Add zucchini, sweet pepper, salt, mix and fry for another 2 minutes. Then add 100 g of soy sprouts and peas, fry 2 minutes.

Salt and season 0.5-1 hours. l. ground pepper chili. Turn off the fire, lay out on bowls. Add a small handful of peeled sunflower seeds and 150 g of goat cheese “Shavra” crushed into pieces. Serve right away.
