Sugar lemon slices!

I would like to share a healthy and delicious recipe – sugar lemon slices. But at first a small digression, suddenly someone does not take lemons seriously, but in vain! These bright fruits have anti -inflammatory, antipyretic, thirsty, antimicrobial, analgesic effect. The advantages are not listed. Lemons contain a lot of biologically active substances, thanks to this, lemon juice has a radio -protective effect on the human body.

In cooking, lemons are used fresh as an addition to tea. Lemon sugar slices are fed to dessert. Different salads are filled with lemon juice. Lemon zest is used as a taste supplement in the preparation of various culinary products. You can talk about the usefulness of lemons for a long time, but back to our treats.

For the preparation of lemon slices you need:

1 kg of whole, intact lemons, as much sugar.

How to cook:

Cut pure, dry fruits with slices along with the peel, the seeds must be removed. Put the slices in the dish, preferably enameled, fall asleep with sugar. Remove lemons in a warm place and keep them there until the grains of sugar are completely dissolved. This may take 3 days, maybe a little less.

After days, the slices of lemons are carefully mixed, transfer to small glass jars, close the parchment and tie. You do not need to roll banks!

Sugar of lemon slices are stored in a dry and cool place.
