How to cook fish in the oven

Potato layer – sour cream or mayonnaise, then the next layer. We put the fish on top, you can lubricate the slices of fish with sour cream or mayonnaise, and sprinkle all the dish with grated cheese. Do not forget to salt. Put the pan in the heated, but not hot oven. It will take about 30-40 minutes to cook fish in the oven. Periodically check how the dish is prepared, perhaps the fire is too large, then it should be reduced, otherwise the dish will begin to burn, being still raw. Before the fish is almost ready, sprinkle the dish with fragrant pepper, with a finely chopped dill or basil.

You can also cook fish in the oven with vegetables. To do this, it is convenient to use frozen vegetables that you can buy in any store. Choose a mixture that you like, for example, made of colored cabbage, carrots, onions and patch beans. The vegetables must be slightly boiled in salted water, tossed in a colander, then clean and cut the fish. The further cooking procedure is almost no different from the first recipe. If you do not want to use mayonnaise or sour cream, you can periodically water the dish with a small amount of vegetable broth so that the dish turns out to be incredibly juicy.

If you want to pamper yourself with something special, then buy salmon. Probably there are no people who would be indifferent to this fish, it is tasty in any form, and baked salmon in the oven is just a volume.
