Liver cake

I often want to cook a delicious, nutritious dish, without spending either a mass of time or a lot of money on its preparation. A delicious menu does not mean expensive, you can put a masterpiece in haste that will amaze your guests.

We present you a recipe for a liver cake, which can be prepared in 40 minutes by investing in the ingredients a maximum of 150-200 rubles.

You will need:

0.5 kg of raw liver (pork or beef – to your taste)

0.5l of milk (you can slightly less)

4 eggs

3 bulbs

1 large carrots

1 h. l. soda

5 table. flour spoons

150g of mayonnaise

6-7 garlic lobules

Scroll the liver in a meat grinder along with peeled onions and carrots.

Add eggs to the mixture, milk and mix thoroughly. It is better to add these ingredients gradually, so the dough will turn out to be more tender and softer.

Add flour and teaspoon of soda. Mix until homogeneous mass. You can use a mixer or blender. Although, the old kind shovel is also quite suitable. A mixture should be obtained, resembling sour cream in consistency.

We bake liver pancakes in a pan in sunflower oil. 8-9 such pancakes will be enough. Do not forget that the liver is prepared instantly, cook without leaving the stove.

Mix mayonnaise with a squeezed or lost garlic.

Lubricate the cooled liver pancakes with mayonnaise and lay them in the form of a cake.

If you have an unsuccessful torn pancake – it’s okay. It can be used for decoration, crushing on the upper part of the cake.

Let stand the cake for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator, and it is ready to use.
