As we wrote in this article, boiled condensed milk is a product that is not in our country and in Russia, so there is nothing surprising in the fact that on the labels of products we see the marking of the TU. Let’s hope that such “permissiveness” will not affect quality and condensed milk will not only be tasty, but also not harmful.
7. Compound. “Zarechye”: cow’s milk, white sugar is crystalline (not less than 45%), milk sugar (lactose).
“Premi”: Milk is unassembled, white sugar, milk sugar.
“Milk&Joy ”: Milk is unassembled, white sugar (not less than 43.5%), milk sugar (lactose).
Curses are considered to be a product of increased danger, because it is not rarely manufacturers, neglecting the state standard, use not dairy, but plant ingredients, which is a gross violation. In our case, despite the lack of DSTU, all manufacturers were on top, because their compositions are simply perfect! We did not find either the notorious “Eshki”, nor vegetable oils, or other suspicious ingredients, for which I want to say a lot thanks!

9. Marking. There are no complaints about the labeling, all the necessary data, in t. h. The composition, food and energy value, terms and storage conditions, manufacturers’ contacts are applied on the label with very large, well -readable font. There are also no problems with the date of production: manufacturers of TM Zarechye and Milk&Joy ”squeezed her at the bottom of the banks; TM “Premie” – applied by a marker from above.
I would also like to note that from the time of the USSR it was squeezing the production date from the inside of the bank that was considered a kind of quality guarantee, because this indicated that the product was manufactured at a serious plant/plant, and not in the Underground. Nowadays, squeezing gradually goes out of fashion and is replaced by a marker, which he actually made the producer “Premie”.
On banks of all copies under consideration, you can see not only the date of production, but also the list of numbers in the upper row: the letter “M” denotes dairy products, the following two digits – the manufacturer’s code, the remaining numbers – the assortment code of the goods.

13. Type and aroma. The “appearance” of the objects of our study is more than appetizing: the trademarks “Zarechye” and “Milk&Joy ”pleased with the caramel golden color, but the condensed milk“ premi ”turned out to be even chocolate coffee – the impression that the manufacturer also used cocoa (after all, there is a condensed milk with all kinds of fillers), however, based on the composition, we know that this is not so not so. But very coffee color! As for the aroma, it is fully consistent with the product.
14. Taste. Let’s go from the favorite. Condensed milk “Milk&Joy ”Sweet, but not sugary, moderately fat, with a characteristic milk flavor; The Zarechye completely duplicates the taste of the previous TM, but at the same time it is more fat and soft; But the “premium” really bites, it seems that he was simply burned. In the aftertaste, bitterness is quite pronounced.
