1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
Filling:
200 grams of cheese, it is best to use soft
300 grams of sorrel or spinach
120 grams of butter
Dill, cilantro, onions, etc. – at your discretion

Prepare the dough first. Mix flour with yeast. Separately mix the vegetable little, water, sugar and salt. Mix this mixture with flour and knead the dough, then let it stand for 20 minutes so that it rises.
