Cheese pie

To prepare a cheese pie, we will use the following products:

Dough:

Flour – 160 grams

Culinary fat – 80 grams

Yolk – 1 piece

Salt

Filling:

Ground -grinding flour – 20 grams

Hard cheese – 150 grams

Vetshchina – 100 grams

Protein – 3 pieces

Yolk – 4 pieces

Cream – 0.2 liters

Parsley green – 1 beam

Cooking a cheese pie:

Sift the flour on the cutting board, slightly salt, add chopped fat and yolk.

Knead the dough.

Then we roll out the kneaded dough into a round cake.

This cake we close the bottom of the baking shape so that the edges of the dough are closed the walls and hang a little and spread the filling on it.

Filling:

Subtit proteins with salt.

Grate the cheese, cut the ham with thin strips, chop parsley, mix with 3 yolks.

Introduce proteins into this mixture and pour cream.

Put the filling in the shape, bent the edges of the dough and grease them with the remaining yolk.

Bake on low heat for about 30-40 minutes.

Serve hot. Cut the pie before serving.
