Children’s cooking is troublesome, but necessary for our kids, so that they grow up healthy and strong. All recipes of dishes that mothers select for their children should be proven, based exclusively on natural products.
First of all, the food should be diverse – both to taste, and in consistency, and in appearance. Dishes of milk, cereals, vegetables and fruits contain a sufficient amount of nutrients, which is necessary for the normal digestion of the child.
Porridge can be given to the child already at the age of 3-4 months. At first it will eat very little – mother’s milk is enough to satisfy the appetite of the crumbs. In addition, the taste of the porridge will seem unusual for the baby, there is too much to give it at first – the stomach disorder may occur. But as soon as your child gets used to such food – porridge should become an indispensable participant in the children’s menu in your kitchen.
The first vegetables, boiled and wiped, can be given to the child at about the same period of time. It is better to start with any one product-for example, beets, and then gradually add other vegetables to the diet. In the age of one and a half year old, the child’s gastrointestinal tract is quite developed, you can no longer wipe the vegetables, but serve them in small pieces. A little later you can offer the baby and raw vegetables that he will be happy to bite and bite.
And, of course, it is impossible to overestimate the importance of milk and dairy products for the development of the child’s body. In addition to calcium, which strengthens bone tissues, blood vessels and skin, milk contains a protein that forms muscle tissue, as well as vitamins A and B. Per day, the child should drink at least 700 ml of milk, better than boiled. By two years, the diet of dairy products can be diversified by adding sour -milk products, cottage cheese oil. And if before going to bed, give the baby a glass of warm milk, putting a spoon of honey there, then the child will receive an immediate sedative effect and fall asleep with a strong, healthy sleep.
