Chocolate cake

To prepare a chocolate cake, we need:

Large chocolate tile (100 grams)

1 cup of flour

half a pack of butter

2 tablespoons of olive oil

200 grams of crushed sugar or powdered sugar

baking powder for the dough – 1 package

3 eggs

¼ banks (100 grams) of solid condensed milk

30 ml. Creamy liquor (Bailis or Keroland)

1 dessert spoon cocoa and 1 dining room for decoration

sugar powder for decoration

Almond nut – 1 middle pack (100 grams)

Method of preparing chocolate cake:

We melt the chocolate and oil over low heat, add olive oil and cocoa, stir everything thoroughly.

Beat the eggs with sugar to foam and pour the chocolate mass.

Pour the baking powder into the flour, mix and pour the chocolate mixture here.

Mix again thoroughly. The dough should receive a consistency of thick sour cream.

Pour the dough into the mold and bake 30 minutes at 180 city.

When the finished cake has cooled – finely chop it.

Part of the almonds are finely chopped, mix with the liquor and condensed milk.

Pour the resulting mass into crushed cake and rub well.

We take part from the mass moistened with a tablespoon and roll into balls, laying a whole almond nut into the middle (it is also advisable to moisten your hands so that the finished mass does not stick to your hands), we put it to cool.

Sprinkle cocoa, sugar powder and serve the chocolate cake on the table.
