What is the benefit of dill

Let’s talk a little about what the benefit of dill is and why it is advisable to add it to food. Surely many of you love all sorts of seasonings and grasses, and most likely not a single culinary dish is dispensed with without them.

Dill is a familiar plant for us, though? Meanwhile, it contains carotene, calcium, iron and a bunch of vitamins. If it is often enough, then you can forget about the increased pressure. Try preparing an unusual dish – stewed dill.

What do you need:

Dill 2 large bundles, 1 h. a spoonful of dill seeds, soy milk half a liter and 2 st. tablespoons of flour and olive oil.

Cut one bunch of dill, add its seeds and pour everything with soy milk. Boil 10 minutes on fire, then cool a little. Heat the oil in another saucepan, mix flour to it (according to the consistency should be like a paste). Then add dill-hideless milk to flour with butter and heated until it thickens, be sure to stir. Salt the sauce, you can pepper (this is all at your discretion). The second bunch of dill can be chopped very largely, or you can leave it whole branches. Put the dill in the stewpan, pour dill-hide sauce and put out for 10 minutes. A healthy side dish from dill is ready.

It is very useful to add dill to meat and fish dishes. It helps digestion and removes the remnants of unlucky food. The benefits of dill are obvious, so do not neglect, but, on the contrary, use as many dill vitamins as possible. 🙂
