Cooking a puff pie with meat

The dough for the preparation of pies can be different: yeast or fresh, sand or sour cream. The filling can only be found from one type of meat or from several, with the addition of vegetables, cheese or cereals. In order to prepare a layered pie with meat, we will need 500 grams. puff pastry, 500 g. minced meat (which more likes), one onion, a tablespoon of water, vegetable oil, salt, spices, chicken yolk.

First step – preparing the filling. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry. Add minced meat to it, mix well, fry for 10 minutes, salt, add spices and remove from the stove. Cool.

The second step is to prepare the test. Roll the dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick and put on a baking sheet (or in shape). Roll out the second layer.

Third step – Pies design. On the prepared dough we lay out the filling. We cover with a second layer on top. The edges of the pie are wrap inward. Coat a layer pie with meat yellow whipped with water.

Fourth step – baking. Put the layered pie with meat in the oven on medium fire. Bake. Puff pie with meat is ready!

To prepare homemade puff pastry, we need a glass of water, two tablespoons of vegetable oil, one egg, salt, flour, a pack of margarine.

Knead the soft dough from all of the above products except margarine, and let it brew a little. Next, roll out a thin rectangular layer from the dough and sprinkle it on top with grated margarine. We turn off and repeat the same procedure, turn again, and so on until Margarine ends. We send the dough to the refrigerator and start filling.

Chalk meat on a meat grinder, finely cut the onion. If desired, you can add potatoes to the filling by strips or chopped boiled mushrooms. Salt, pepper.

We take out the dough and divide it into two parts. Roll out two circles from the dough (one larger diameter). We lay a larger circle of dough on a baking sheet or in shape, put the filling on it, and cover with the second circle of dough on top. The edges to blind and wrap.

Lubricate the layer pie with meat on top with an egg, put in the oven on medium heat. Bake a puff pie with meat for forty minutes.
