potatoes – about 1 kg;

mushrooms – 500g;

chicken breasts – 3 pieces;

cream – 150 ml;

Cooking method

First of all, you need to wash the potatoes, peel and cook it until cooked. To make the casserole more tender best to make mashed potatoes using butter and milk.

While cooking potatoes, it should finely chop mushrooms and chicken meat. Mix these ingredients and fry in a pan until a pleasant mushroom aroma appears.

After the readiness of potatoes and fillings, lubricate the baking sheet and lay out in layers: first mashed potatoes, and on top meat with mushrooms. To make the dish rich – you can’t do without sauce. To prepare it, we heat cream with seasonings, pour on a baking sheet over the entire surface. Through three cheese, and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
