Secrets of cooking fish

It is no secret that the fish contains a huge amount of nutrients – calcium, protein, vitamins and of course the well -known, very unpleasant, but very useful fish oil. But besides the fact that fish is a source of vitamins, it is also one of the most delicious and expensive dishes. In any restaurant menu you will find at least a few types of fish dishes, since it is seafood dishes that demonstrate the skill of the chef. Both the first and second dishes can be prepared from fish: fish cutlets and sticks, various fish casseroles and salads, fish can be salt, stuffed, or make a ear from it.

There are several rules and ways to make fish that it will be useful for every fish lover.

The most common and frequently found way to make fish is frying. It can be a grill cooked or deep -grown. It can simply be slightly fried in sunflower or olive oil, or you can pre -roll in flour and spices.

Baked or stewed fish are usually consumed by people who monitor their nutrition. Fish prepared in this way is crazy and healthy, because it retains most of its beneficial qualities and vitamins when cooking. It turns out very well fish baked in foil with vegetables. By the way, if a large event is planned, then you will need a fish wholesale, so it will come out much more profitable.

Cooking fish is also worth it wisely. The fish loves slow fire, because if you cook it on fast fire, it damages its structure and it loses its natural taste.

Perhaps the most dietary way to make fish is to cook fish for steam. This method of cooking is far from everyone, because often the fish is served in a lean form.

It is usually recommended to eat fish dishes immediately after cooking without heating. And of course, as in the case of any food, it is better to buy fish fresh, since frozen products lose their beneficial properties.

Recipes for cooking fish by each of these methods cannot be counted. It is worth remembering that you need to skillfully choose a side dish for fish, often all spices are used when serving fish: coriander, garlic, parsley and any spice to your taste. Spices give the fish a thin exquisite taste and unique aroma, make it delicate and it just melts in the mouth. As a side dish can be boiled rice or potatoes, fresh or baked vegetables, greens with a slice of lemon. You can prepare a light sauce based on olive oil or mustard.
