How to cook:
Cut the pumpkin in half, clean it from seeds. Cut the orange pulp of pumpkin in thin slices. It is good to warm up the oil in the saucepan and fry the pumpkin for 5 minutes over medium heat, no more. Prepared slices of turkey add to the pumpkin and fry together 4 minutes.
Then pour in chicken broth, add honey, sprinkle (to taste) with salt, ground peppers (black and chili), mix and simmer for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
