The recipe for royal Easter

Cooking process.

The curd mass should be wiped through a sieve. If it was purchased in advance and slightly dried up, then you can add, at the same time, a couple of spoons of milk. But it is better to use the latest products. Then eggs, butter and sour cream are gradually introduced. The mixture should turn out to be homogeneous, without lump.

The resulting semi -liquid mass is poured into a saucepan with a thick bottom and put on the smallest fire. Without stopping the stir for a minute, they are brought to a boil and immediately removed from the stove. Next, you need to put sugar, nuts, steamed dried fruits.
