Vegetable casserole

The vegetable casserole is very tasty and healthy, it is prepared quickly enough, you will leave for about 40 minutes.

Ingredients for vegetable casserole:

2 onion heads

3 Tsukkia

2 cloves of garlic

1 tomato

3 tbsp. l. sour cream

0.5 tbsp. l. Sahara

Seasoning “Provencal Herbs”

Cheese

Cream

Salt

Recipe for making vegetable casserole

Clean and finely chop the onion. Now fry in vegetable oil in a stewpan.

Cut the tsukkini in half rings and add to the onion.

Reduce fire and simmer tsukkini with onions.

Finely chop the tomato and also add to the vegetables. Together with the tomato, squeeze the garlic.

Add sugar, salt and Provencal herbs.

Turn down with cream and sour cream.

We mix everything well and let us stand still on fire.

We shift all the fried vegetables into a baking dish and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

These are not difficult baking recipes. Serve hot to the table, decorating everything with greens.
