Vegetable stew with cheese

There are a lot of variations of vegetable stew, today we will cook it with cheese.

Ingredients for stew with cheese:

Eggplant-4-5 pcs.

Onions – 1 head

Canned peas – 1 bank

Canned corn – 1 bank

Carrot – 3 pcs.

Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.

Potatoes – 5 pcs.

Cheese – 150 g

Mayonnaise – 200 g

Pumpkin – 500 g

Vegetable oil

Greenery

Salt

Recipe for the preparation of vegetable stew with cheese

We clean and finely chop the onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, peel the potatoes and cut into slices. We fry everything in a pan until the half -consumption of potatoes.

Clean and cut eggplant with pumpkin. Fry in a separate pan.

We take the shape, lubricate with vegetable oil and put on it at first potatoes with carrots and onions, then eggplant with pumpkin.

Rub the cheese and mix half with eggs and mayonnaise, mix everything and fill the vegetables with the resulting mass.

Sprinkle all the remaining cheese and herbs.

Put the shape in the preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes. Readiness is determined by a golden crust on the surface.
