Ingredients:
1 kg fillet duck with skin
For marinade:
200 g of vegetable oil
20 g of garlic
1-2 tbsp. l. honey
2-3 tbsp. l. Balsamic vinegar
Spicy herbs for your choice
A pinch of black pepper
For salad:
280 g of green salad with various varieties
200 g of strawberries
125 g of cheese brig
20 g of walnuts
1 apple
1 h. l. Sahara
A pinch of cinnamon
50 ml of olive oil
For sauce:
8 pcs. dried figs
200 ml of apple juice
200 ml of any sweet white wine
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
Duck breast preparation recipe
Mix all the ingredients of the marinade, rub them with a duck breast fillet and put it (better at night).
Cut the strawberries with slices, cheese brig – cubes, apple – strips.
Mix all ingredients with green salad leaves and olive oil.
Fry nuts with sugar and cinnamon, add them to the salad.
Dried puffer with a paper towel with a paper towel. Then make the cuts in the fillet around the perimeter of the skin so as not to damage the meat.
Fry about 8 minutes until golden crust.
Prepare the sauce. To do this, cut figs into small pieces. Mix apple juice, balsamic vinegar and bring to a boil, add figs and honey to the sauce. Boil over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Cut the duck breast across slices of medium size, serve a bird with a salad and a fig sauce.
