Fruit ice

Hot summer is not around the corner. If we talk about food, then, of course, this is the time of the year associated with ice cream and chilled dishes. Fruit ice has become very popular recently. He, on the one hand, is very tasty, on the other, low -calorie, which you agree, is important. With all this, if you have an autonomous sewage unit, then cooking in the kitchen becomes several times easier.

We will figure out how to cook it. First of all, we will need fruit puree – for your choice, sugar, gelatin, lemon juice or citric acid, water.

Cooking. 250 g. Dilute sugar in three glasses of water, bring to a boil and add, pre -soaked 6 g. gelatin. The mixture should be constantly stirred. After 2-3 minutes, when the stabilizer completely dissolves, we begin to gradually introduce a glass of fruit puree. Then we filter through gauze or sieve. Let us cool. Add lemon juice.

It remains only to turn the mass into ice. Professional cooks use ice -generators for this, but at home you can just put a bowl in the freezer for several hours. When the mass froze, we take out. In the presence of a powerful blender, it is nice to chop the ice, turning it into a crumb, which is served in glass bowls or cups with a slice of lemon, a twig of mint or any other fruit, for your choice.

• Ice in the freezer is able to harden too much, so you should not cook this dish for the future.

• For fruit puree, you can use finished products from the store, but it is better to squeeze the juice yourself. You will save yourself from many dyes and preservatives, and, in addition, so much tastier.
