All of you, of course, ate cutlets … But not everyone probably ate cutlets from the heart. Some of my friends were very surprised when they heard that cutlets could be cooked from my heart. Our set of products:

Beef heart 1500 gr.

Onion 300 gr.

Potato (raw) 700 g.

Eggs 3 pcs. (small or 2 medium)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Salt, black pepper (to taste)

You can add garlic if you love ..

My heart, cut into pieces and twist into minced meat. It will be large or small to decide. I put the average size grille.

We cut the onion the smaller, the better.

Raw potatoes!!!! Three on grater.

Grater … very small, of course, is not necessary, but the large one here is not very suitable … If not mediocre, then it is better to use the small. Otherwise, our cutlets will not save even eggs ..

Grated potatoes need to rinse slightly with cold water alone flashing. Do not squeeze strongly! Mix the heart, onion, potatoes and eggs in a large cup. Add salt and pepper. If you want, you can add a couple of garlic cloves.

We make cutlets, roll them in flour or in panning crackers. Fry!!! over low heat … can be ready, or you can just fry and bring to readiness in the oven. This is how you like it more.
