I don’t know how you are, but I have a drool from such beauty! But this wonderful barbecue was prepared unfortunately not me, but my daughter -in -law Yulenka. Yes Yes. Yulenka.(By the way, she also took a photograph). That is how my son calls her, and we all learned. Young live together and constantly try to surprise each other with something and please. Recently they celebrated their birthdays (born with a difference of one day, however, in the years different). Celebrate the Tire with the Company. So Yulenka came up with how to please guests except skating balls. All dishes were unusual, beautiful, tasty and, importantly, figurative. But the barbecue on the skewer liked the most! Such a dish will decorate any table! So, we begin to cook. The number of products prepare based on the number of guests.
We need approximately the same volumes
-chicken fillet
-Tomatoes “Chile”
-The pickled champignons are whole
-Bulgarian pepper
-eggplant.
And
-salt and seasonings, vegetable oil
-Skewers.
Cut the eggplant in circles 1 cm thick and lower it into salted water so that bitterness leaves. If the eggplants are large, then cut the circles. We beat off the chicken fillet, salt, sprinkle with spices, cut into small pieces and fry in oil. Now we take out eggplants, dry, salt, sprinkle with spices and also fry. We clean the bell pepper from the seeds and cut into small pieces. We take the skewers and string all the blowing in turn, not forgetting about mushrooms and tomatoes. The barbecue is ready. You can serve with any salad sauce.
