Baskets for salad

We will need:

Any hard cheese – (the number depends on the number of servings)

Vegetable oil

Cup

How to cook baskets:

Turn on the oven and heat up to 250C.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil.

We spread grated cheese on a baking sheet in the shape of a circle with a diameter of a tea saucer.

Pour the cheese not too tightly, leaving small holes.

Put a baking sheet in the oven for 20-25 seconds, so that the cheese melts slightly and darkens.

We pull it out of the oven and very carefully, with a wide knife or a very thin spatula, remove the cheese circle and put it on the glass turned upside down.

Press the edges a little and cool.

When the cheese froze, carefully remove our baskets from the glass and fill it with any salad.

We put them on a dish or on plates lined with green leaves of salad or Beijing cabbage.

Undoubtedly, our “lace” baskets will be the center of attention on the festive table!
