Chocolate pancakes

Take a whole tile of chocolate (it is better if it is dark) and melt in a water bath. If you want to do it quickly, you can use the microwave. Then take 300 ml of medium fatty milk and fire it under fire. Pour warm milk into melted chocolate. Mix the mixture thoroughly, you should not have lumps of chocolate in milk. You can use the mixer to simplify the task. Connect a glass of flour with cocoa powder and sugar powder and add a small amount of salt. Beat this mixture with a small amount of milk. Take two eggs and beat them, and then add our flour mixture. Add our melted chocolate and 10 g of light rum to the resulting dough. If the dough turned out to be liquid, just add a little flour. Once fire the pan and add a small amount of vegetable oil. On each pancake we spend 2/3 of the ladle and fry 30 seconds on one side and 15 on the other. Bon appetit!

List of ingredients: 500 ml of milk, 200 grams of height flour, 20 grams of butter, 40 grams of sugar, 2 eggs, 40 grams of cocoa, dark chocolate tiles and 10 g of light romance.
