Flounder with vegetables baked in the oven

Subject to various diets, even for beauty, at least to restore health, we are forced to limit the consumption of some products. Almost all diets do not allow consumption of salt, smoked and fried food. And, sometimes, I so want to please myself, for example, fried fish, but you can’t.

However, there is still a way out, and the wind cabinets act in the role of our saviors in this case. Very tasty and delicate dish – flounder baked in the oven with vegetables. Preparing this dish will take a little time.

For cooking, you will need a kilogram of fresh flounder, onion, carrots and cloves of garlic, salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar, vegetable oil.

Peel the flounder: cut the tail and fins with scissors, gut the fish and rinse it thoroughly under water. Cut the carcass into not very thin portioned pieces. Cover each piece of fish with mustard and leave for impregnation for 20 minutes.

Cut the peeled onion in half rings, clean the carrots and grate on a coarse grater, cut the garlic clove in circles.

Pour vegetable oil into a hot pan and send the onion there, pass it for 2-3 minutes, then add carrots there, fry and another 2-3 minutes, then pour the garlic into the pan. Add salt and sugar, mix the vegetables carefully, add a little vinegar and remove the pan from the heat.

Put the pieces of fish on a baking sheet lubricated with vegetable oil, and send for 10 minutes to the oven, heated to two hundred degrees. In ten minutes, turn the fish to the other side, put the cooked vegetables on top and send again to the oven for 10 minutes. Fish with vegetables baked in the oven can be served with a side dish or as an independent dish.
