How to cook coffee correctly

Pour coffee with hot non-boiling water, the temperature should be 90-95 degrees. Using a Turku, bring the mixture to a boil, but do not boil! Remember, steep boiling water kills all useful elements. Specialists proved that the number of harmful alkaloids increases with severe coffee heating and even more so when boiling.
