How to cook sushi at home

The secret of delicious sushi lies in the correctly prepared rice – for this, rinse the rice well, pour it with hot water in a ratio of 1: 1.5 and put on fire. After boiling water, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 25 minutes, gradually raising the temperature. When the liquid is completely absorbed, remove the pan from the heat and mix the contents with a wooden spoon. Pour rice vinegar into the finished rice. Cool rice and you can start cooking sushi.

To prepare sushi with fish, you need to cut chilled fish with thin pieces. From boiled rice, form a lump in the form of an oval, on top of which fish will be laid out. Pre -cut algae with stripes of 1 centimeter thick and wrap them around the land. The dish is ready. The remaining types of land can be prepared according to the above technology. Instead of fish, you can use boiled shrimp, caviar, crab and so on.
