Krashlyki soaked in pineapple marinade with a side dish of onions

Ingredients for barbecue:

1 kg of pork

2 tbsp. l. Coriandra

200 grams of pineapple pulp

2 tbsp. l. Rosemary

2 tbsp. l. Zira

50 ml of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For side dish:

1 head onion head

5 cherry tomatoes

1 ordinary tomato

30 ml of olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

Green onion for decoration

Lemon juice to taste

Instructions for cooking kebabs under pineapple marinade

We make a marinade. To begin with, fry Zira, rosemary, coriander in a dry pan.

Cut pineapple into large pieces and, together with spices, chop in a blender, also add olive oil and chili pepper.

Salt to taste and pour pre -chopped meat obtained by the marinade.

Now we string the covered pieces of meat on wooden skewers, through each piece of meat, string the cherry tomato.

Fry in olive oil until cooked, this is about 15 minutes.

If possible, you can prepare a barbecue on the grill or in the oven.

Serve this barbecue under the pineapple marinade with the side dish, which we will now do.

Cut the onion with rings and fry for several minutes in vegetable oil.

Add pre -chopped tomatoes and garlic cloves to the bow.

At the very end, spray with lemon juice and serve to the table.
