Mackerel in the oven

Mackerel, filled with nutritional omega-3 fatty acids, is a healthy, and a delicious option for a quick dinner.

In addition, it is juicy, soft and tasty. The fish is easy to prepare, and relatively inexpensive in addition. Mackerel fillet or whole fish is cooked quickly in the oven, about 20-30 minutes. If you use a whole fish, make sure that it is cleaned of insides and gills before cooking it. Defrost the frozen mackerel completely, before cooking.

How to cook mackerel in the oven

The ingredients that we need:

Mackerel fillet or a whole mackerel

Cinza (parsley) – 1 beam

Olive or vegetable oil – 2 hours. l

Lemon – 1 pc.

Pepper, salt

Spices to taste

Garlic -3 cloves

Step 1

Put the mackerel in a bowl, rub it well with olive (vegetable) oil, according to cut cilantro, salt, pepper, spices and garlic missed through the press. Let the fish lie down like that for about 30 minutes, so that it would be a little marked.

Bake mackerel at a temperature of 180 degrees until it is cooked, about 20 minutes for fillets and 30 minutes for a whole fish.

Step 6

Before serving, decorate with a chopped cilantro or parsley, ready mackerel.
