Secrets of Mexican cuisine: Caesadilla

How to cook?

Necessary ingredients:

Lavash (3 pieces);

Mayonnaise;

Red beans in tomato sauce (one bank);

Corn jar;

Minced meat – chicken, meat, beef (700 g.);

Greens (dill, parsley);

Hard cheese (250 g);

Onions (three middle bulbs);

Sunflower oil;

Garlic (2 slices).

The main steps in the preparation of Caesadilla:

Put the pan on the fire and fry the minced meat with onions to an almost ready state;

On a baking sheet, bed baking paper and heat the oven to 200 degrees;

Spread the lavash so that it covers the entire baking sheet;
