So, the recipe for this stew is simple, fast, but the dish is healthy and tasty. Its calorie content is one of the most acceptable, especially if you use not fatty meat, such as chicken fillet. Moreover, in accordance with the concept of healthy diet, vegetable stew is rightfully considered a dietary dish that smoothly saturating the body and does not cause blood sugar, which positively affects the vascular-heart.

How to cook vegetable stew?

The main recipe for cooking includes meat, vegetables and seasonings. The meat can be any, to your taste – pork, beef, chicken – both cut into pieces and minced into minced meat. The meat is fried in a pot with a thick bottom with a bow, carrots, puffed out on a large grater and seasonings, then we throw all the vegetables there at once, fill it with sour cream (the more tastier) and extinguish on low heat until cooked. 20-30 minutes. Of course, you can complicate the cooking process and throw vegetables alternately depending on how quickly they are prepared.

In order for the taste of this stew, the main thing is to select a combination of products that will provide us with a unique taste that is different from another set of vegetables and meat.
