Vegetarian paste

Cooking time: 45 minutes. In one portion: 220 kcal. Proteins – 2 g, fats – 8 g, carbohydrates – 27 g.

For 6 servings we will need: 500 g of fresh white cabbage • 2 bunch of fresh cilantro-greens • 2 cups of peeled walnut nuclei • 2 teaspoons of special seasonings for cabbage dishes or seasoning with hop-sunels • 1 tablespoon of good olive oil.

Recipe for cooking vegetarian paste: 1. Remove the upper leaves from cabbage, chop with fine straws, after which we boil in a large amount of salted boiling water for 10 minutes. We drain the water on a colander, let the water drain, additionally squeeze. Skip the leaves of cabbage through a meat grinder.2. Thoroughly rinse the cilantro, cut the thick stems and let it dry. Chopped cilantro and peeled walnuts are added using a blender. Add the seasoning and peeled cloves of garlic – again pure. Pour olive oil, add cabbage and chop again with a blender.3. The finished paste can be served in the form of small cutlets on green salad leaves or laid out with a special small shape for cupcakes with a beautiful hill (the shape from the inside must be lubricated with vegetable oil). We decorate the paste with pieces of red pepper and cilantro. Everything, vegetarian paste is ready. Bon appetit!
