Classic sandwich, but without meat, only vegetables and seasonings, nevertheless, is very tasty. Cooking time: 50 minutes.
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
1/4 glass of mayonnaise
3 cloves of garlic, finely grated
1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
1/8 cup olive oil
1 cup of chopped red bell pepper
1 small tsukkini, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 yellow zucchini, chopped rolls or saikas, about 10×12 cm in size, cut in half
1/2 grated feta cheese
Preparation:
Mix mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl, mix thoroughly, put in the refrigerator.
Warm the grill to high temperature.
Prepare a grill grill, grease it with vegetable oil. Lubricate the chopped vegetables with olive oil, put on a lattice, bell pepper and tsukkini closer to the middle of the lattice, and yellow zucchini and onion around them. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side, Bulgarian pepper can take more time for frying. Transfer fried vegetables into a plate, lay aside.
Lubricate each half of bread with mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle feta on top. Put on the grill grill, cover with a lid on top. This will allow the bread to warm up well, and the cheese will melt, the main thing is that the bread does not burn.
Remove bread from the grill, lay out a layer of vegetables on top, cover with a soulmate.
The vegetarian sandwich is ready, you can serve to the table.
