I would like to emphasize that vegetarianism is precisely a “way of life” and not just a well -founded nutrition culture, which excludes the food of animal origin from the daily diet and prefers plant foods. In addition to the culture of nutrition, vegetarianism carries a certain philosophy, determines the lifestyle.

It is worth thinking about how such a life philosophy was formed and whether it can be grown in yourself? Many people think that today you can buy everything. Is it so? But often, the problems of the “purity” of the surrounding world and themselves as its particles excite people who adhere to vegetarianism. Because in this philosophy there are many universal rules, about which many of us have forgotten for unknown reasons. And here it is no longer important whether you eat meat or not, just do not forget about how beautiful nature is in its original form.
