I remember how the picture struck me in my first year: several hungry people crowded in the kitchen and fried pasta. It is frying raw. I asked if it was delicious? In response, I heard intriguing – try … I tried it. And I try, or rather, I still cook. Fast and tasty.

I share the recipe, because the thing is really unforgettable) I need to take:

– 1 pack of good pasta, better thin vermichels

– 20 grams of vegetable oil

– 2 cloves of garlic

– salt, lavrushka, seasoning to taste.

Cooking method:

Warm up the pan, pour out pasta.

Fry over low heat, constantly stirring until light brown. It is important not to overexpose. Very quickly, vermicelli made of golden can become chocolate and with a taste of burned out)))

Pour oil. By the way, the oil does not have to be vegetable. Suitable for any, fucked, ghee, margarine, in the end we often used in a student hostel. If only there was a fat, and then the pasta did not stick together …)))

Stir well.

Pour boiling water so that it covers pasta by 1 cm. Add seasonings. Cook, stirring, fully evaporating water. At the end, add finely chopped garlic.
