Ingredients for 2-3 portions:
2 sweet yellow pepper
2 medium -sized carrots
2 small tsukini
100 gr. Pit pea
100 gr. SOI sprouts
0.5 hours. l. ground pepper chili
Small handful of peeled sunflower seeds
150 gr. cheese “Shavra”
Preparation instructions
Delete seeds in 2 sweet yellow peppers. 2 carrots to clean and cut into strips, also cut sweet pepper, 100 g of patch peas, 2 small tsukini.
Pour a little olive oil into a wok warmed up over high heat and fry carrots, 2 minutes., Salt. Add zucchini, sweet pepper, salt, mix and fry for another 2 minutes. Then add 100 g of soy sprouts and peas, fry 2 minutes.
