Musaka is such a casserole that is preparing from eggplant. Very often you can find this recipe with the addition of meat, but we will not use it.

Ingredients:

Eggplant -1 pcs.

Onions – 1 head

Zucchini -1/2 pcs.

Champignons – 100 g.

Tomatoes – 4 pcs.

Sunflower oil – 5 st. l.

Flour – 30 g.

Walnuts – 80 grams.

Garlic – 1 clove

Soy milk – 250 ml

Eggplant with zucchini must be cut into thin plates. Next, heat two tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan, put vegetables and fry. After the vegetables are fried, it is necessary to put them on paper napkins, they absorb fat.

Cut the onion cubes. Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan, simmer the chopped onion in it for no more than five minutes. Add garlic, ries, tomatoes cut into a cube, tomato paste, a set of seasonings from greens to taste to the resulting onion mixture. Cook on low heat until the conspicuous conspicure is obtained. Bread crumbs, crushed nuts must be added to the cooked sauce. Add to taste and add a pepper if necessary. Walnut tomato sauce is ready.

Mix flour, soy milk and oil remaining in a pan, put on slow fire, and then beat the blender for five minutes. It is necessary that the mixture obtained as a result is uniform and preferably without lumps. If necessary, you can add a couple more flour spoons.

Lubricate the baking molds with oil, lay eggplant and zucchini along the bottom and out of the edges. Pour on top with tomato sauce with nuts, then a layer of sauce from flour and soy milk, and then again with tomato sauce with nuts. Heat the oven to 180 ° C and bake all this for half an hour.
